The shop is in Holladay. We schedule kitchen, bath, and basement estimates in the cities below. This list is the working area — if you don't see your town, call and we'll say whether we can take the job.

  Holladay

  The shop is in Holladay, near Cottonwood Glade. If you live here, the drive to your estimate is a short one, and you can reach a person on weekdays from 7 to 6.

• Salt Lake County

  Millcreek

  Millcreek sits just north of Holladay, and many of its homes are brick ramblers and bungalows from the middle of the last century. The bones are good. The kitchens and baths usually aren't.

• Salt Lake County

  Cottonwood Heights

  Cottonwood Heights runs up to the mouths of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Many of its homes date from the 1970s through the 1990s, and their kitchens and baths are due.

  Murray

  Murray has older blocks near its historic center and newer neighborhoods farther out. The remodel is different in each, and we price them differently.

  Midvale

  Midvale sits in the middle of the valley, south of Murray. Its housing ranges from small postwar homes to newer townhomes and subdivisions.

  Sandy

  Sandy's established neighborhoods — around Dimple Dell and the blocks toward the mountains — are full of kitchens and baths from the 1980s through the 2000s. That's the work.

  Draper

  Draper sits at the south end of Salt Lake County, up against the Point of the Mountain. Many homes are larger two-stories from the 1990s and 2000s.

  Salt Lake City

  Salt Lake City has some of the oldest housing in the valley — bungalows, Victorians, and postwar cottages — alongside newer construction. Each needs a different approach.

  South Jordan

  South Jordan grew fast, and a lot of its homes share a plan: builder kitchen, builder bath, and a basement that's still concrete.

  West Jordan

  West Jordan covers a lot of ground on the west side of the valley, from older neighborhoods to newer subdivisions with unfinished basements.

  Taylorsville

  Taylorsville is on the west side of the valley, west of Murray. Much of its housing is ramblers and split-levels from the 1960s through the 1980s.
