Why work with us
Design-build home remodeling experts in Salt Lake, Davis & Utah County
OLYMPUS Construction is a design and build firm based in Holladay. From a bathroom to a home addition, we plan your custom remodel, build it with our own project management, and keep the payments tied to finished work.
Why work with us
The right company for your custom home remodel
One design-build team
We design the room and we build it. You work with one company from the first measurement to the final walkthrough, not a designer, a contractor, and a list of subs who don't talk to each other.
Bathrooms to home additions
Bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and home additions are the work. We're home remodeling experts, and every custom project is planned around your house and how you live in it.
A written estimate first
We visit, measure, and put the scope and the price in writing before work starts, so you know what you're paying for.
How payment works
Keep Your Money in Your Pocket
Our payment structure is built to be the most transparent and safest way to complete your project. Your money stays with you until the work it pays for is done.
- You pay as the work is completed, not in one large payment before anything is built.
- Each payment is tied to a stage of the project that you can see and approve.
- Pricing is broken out line by line in your estimate, so you know what every part of the job costs.
- If the scope changes, the change and its price are put in writing before the work is done.
